					Born and raised in St. Louis. Jan has lived in Columbia for 11 years now. She moved to Columbia in order to allow her husband to pursue a second degree from MU. Attended Lutheran North High School for four years. Then obtained Associates degree at Florissant Valley Community College. She's been a licensed agent for 4 years. Jan got into real estate after working as Susan's Office Manager for 8 years. During that time she learned many aspects of the real estate industry. Since becoming licensed, she works as a Buyer's Agent and hosts open houses on a regular basis for The Susan Horak Group. She very much enjoys working with clients, assisting them through the whole home buying process. She accommodates her clients with warmth and patience. From the first day out to closing day and after, she strives to be a full service Realtor. Jan is a licensed Realtor belonging to the Columbia Board of Realtors (CBOR), the Missouri Association of Realtors (MAR) and the National Association of Realtors (NAR). She sees her self as a Buyer's Agent in 10 years, assisting buyers in locating "their perfect home"! Jan has been married for 21 years. She has 2 sons, one in college and one attending Rock Bridge High School. Her husband is a Physical Therapist with Peak Performance Physical Therapy and Sports Medicine.
